2. Reservations and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pietermaai Boutique Hotel.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. In some cases, a deposit or full prepayment may be necessary.
  • Payment terms will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
  • Rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • The hotel strives to provide accurate pricing information at all times. However, despite our best efforts, inadvertent errors in pricing may occur. These errors may include, but are not limited to, typographical mistakes, incorrect room rates, or errors in promotional offers. In the event that a reservation is made based on an incorrect rate due to a pricing error, the hotel reserves the right to: Amend the booking at the correct rate, or cancel the booking without penalty. In cases where the rate error is substantial and the reservation cannot be honored at the corrected price, the hotel reserves the right to void the reservation and issue a full refund of any amounts paid.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan booked. Specific terms are provided at the time of reservation.
  • If you fail to arrive without prior notice (“no-show”), full charges may apply.
  • Certain promotional, non-refundable, or discounted rates may have stricter cancellation terms.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests are required to provide a valid ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests and hotel staff.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Pietermaai Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Unauthorized parties, loud music, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Pietermaai Boutique Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or public areas.
  • Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables when available,

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
